How much protein do you need to gain muscle? Does eating more protein lead to greater gains in muscle? Is there such a thing as too much protein? As fitness and self-improvement become increasingly popular, questions like these are becoming more and more prevalent. We’ve previously touched on protein supplements, where we looked at the differences between protein sources found in common supplements. However, the question of how much protein you need on a daily basis still remains.
